Dips

Veggie dip #1

1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 tbs parsley flakes
1 tsp minced onion
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp dill weed

Blend together and chill until ready to serve with chips.


Cheese Ball #1

2 (8oz pkg) cream cheese soften
1 (8oz pkg) shredded 6 blend cheeses
1 tsp of parsley flakes
1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
8 oz of finely chopped pecans
Mix together and roll into a ball into the pecans, chill for 1 hour.

Makes 2 balls.


Veggie Dip # 2

1 cup sour cream
½ cup Hellmann’s mayonnaise
1 tsp of seasoning salt
1 tsp fresh chopped sweet basil
1 tbs fresh chopped onion
4 drops of Worcestershire sauce

Mix together all ingredients until well-blended chill for 1 hour. Serve with raw veggies or potato chips.
