Herb ButtersHerb Butter#1To make herb butter simply let the butter soften to room temperature: 1 stick of softened Butter Mix together well, store in a plastic container in the refrigerator until ready to use. Seafood Butter (Lobster)1 stick of softened Butter or margarine Mix together and place in a ceramic bowl and microwave for 20 seconds until melted. Use with Lobster tails or shrimp. Fruit Butter #1:1 stick of butter softened Mix together in a plastic container and chill for 1 hour. Goes good with any fruity breads or pumpkin bread. Fruit Butter#2:1stick of softened butter Mix together and put into a plastic container, chill for 20 minutes. Spread on spice cake and fruit breads. |
